Position Overview: 

职位概述：

Report to Logistics Senior Manager. Manage and develop dedicated team for the shipment to EU, APAC and Direct Client. Be responsible for the China domestic delivery and warehouse management. Make sure logistics solutions, goal, and execution are aligning with the direction of APAC logistics strategy. Demonstrate excellence in evaluating employee capabilities and aligning their responsibilities and opportunities accordingly.

向资深物流经理汇报。管理和培养专项团队，负责欧盟、亚太地区及直接客户的货运业务。负责中国国内运输和仓库管理。确保物流解决方案、目标和执行与亚太地区物流战略方向保持一致。擅长评估员工能力，针对性地分配职责与机会。

 

Key Responsibilities

核心职责：

• Allocate and balance job workload and responsibility within the team to achieve maximum success.

在团队内部分配和平衡工作量与职责，以实现最大效益。

• Provide Stanley Logistics policy training to Strategic Partner Factories on annual basis.

每年向战略合作伙伴工厂提供Stanley物流政策培训。

• Evaluate operating performance of 3rd party logistics providers and enable a continuous improvement environment.

评估第三方物流服务商的运营绩效，并启用持续改进的环境。

• In charge of China domestic delivery and warehouse management.

 

 

• Negotiate shipping and warehousing terms and pricing.

协商运输及仓储条款与定价。

• Support Senior Manager with Ocean freight negotiation, review, analysis and renew carrier contracts on annual basis, especially EU Trade Lane.

协助资深经理开展远洋货运谈判，每年审核、分析和续签承运商合同，特别是欧洲贸易航线。

• Customs Compliance, including preferential programs such as C-TPAT and AEO, audit and review, country of origin markings, customs commodity & duty classification and import regulations.

负责海关合规管理，涵盖C-TPAT（海关-商贸反恐怖联盟）和AEO（经认证经营者）等优惠政策项目，审计和核查，原产地标识、海关商品和关税归类及进口监管法规。

• Ensure team to closely control on all bookings with forwarders & coordinating international shipments in the accurate and flawless manner. Provide correct shipping documentations for customer’s clearance at the destination. Fulfill system transaction on time.

确保团队严格管控货运代理订舱操作，精准无误地协调国际货运。为客户在目的港清关提供正确的装运单据。准时完成系统操作。

• Optimize system utilization. Evaluate operation process and provide improvements with more electronic solutions.

优化系统运行效率，评估业务流程并提出更多数字化解决方案予以改进。

 

Skills and Experience: 

技能和经验： 

• Good English in written and oral.

具备优秀的英语书面和口语表达能力。

• Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.

具备较强的分析能力和主动倾听能力。

• Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Tools, with a focus on Word and Excel.

熟练掌握文字处理与计算机数据库技术，精通微软办公套件，尤其是Word和Excel。

• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

擅于积极主动地优先处理任务；擅于管理时间、组织工作、预防问题和解决问题。

 

 

• Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent international trade, import & export, China transportation knowledge.

精通国际贸易、进出口和中国运输体系。

• High sense of detail orientation, team accountability and self-principle.

• Good presentation skill.

具备优秀的演示能力。

 

Education and Requirements: 

学历和要求：

• Bachelor’s degree.

具备学士学历。

• Good English in written and oral.

具备优秀的英语书面和口语表达能力

• Over 5 years of logistics experience in multinational company is preferable.

具备跨国企业5年以上物流经验者优先，

• Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated direct report management

具备至少2-3年经验证的直接下属管理经验。

• Strong supply chain background is a must.

必须拥有扎实的供应链背景。

• Good command of Oracle system is a plus.
