Position Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and people-focused Employee Experience Program Manager to bring our company culture to life through inclusive employee programming and engagement experiences. You’ll lead initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace. This role sits at the intersection of diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and organizational culture. The successful candidate will design, implement, and measure programs that enhance the employee experience across the employee lifecycle, such as our annual global employee engagement survey, Bearforce onboarding, recognition, learning and development, wellbeing, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Design, lead, and evolve inclusion programs and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and values
  • Partner with leaders and employee networks (ERGs) to strengthen inclusion, belonging, and representation
  • Support inclusive leadership practices through tools, resources, and programming
  • Leverage inclusion metrics to drive progress and outcomes; translate data into actionable insights
  • Design and run programs that enhance the employee experience across key moments that support development, recognition, wellbeing, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent, inclusive employee experience
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data; iterate based on feedback and outcomes
  • Develop communication strategies to drive awareness, participation, and impact of employee experience initiatives

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience blended experience in HR, Employee Experience, or related fields and 3+ years leading Inclusion efforts
  • Consistent track record of building and scaling Employee Resource Groups/Employee Network foundations
  • Creative energy and passion for building community and fostering belonging for all employees
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills—able to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the business, including senior leadership
  • Experience developing and executing scalable company-wide engagement strategies that drive inclusion, connection, and alignment with organizational values
  • Exceptional program management, communication, and facilitation skills—comfortable designing and leading initiatives from idea, execution, and learnings to build upon
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to assess impact, identify trends, and refine for continuous improvement
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, bringing structure and critical thinking while maintaining flexibility and adaptability

Stanley 1913 is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley 1913, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $115,000 USD
