Position Overview:

Join the Bearforce as a strategic eCommerce Insights & Analytics Manager, where you’ll turn data into meaningful action. You'll bring your curiosity and analytical expertise to compose scalable processes, build impactful tools, and uncover insights that drive more hard-working decision-making. You’ll play a key part in crafting data-driven strategies, influencing business outcomes, and elevating how eCommerce performance is understood across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Design and create reports that provide a comprehensive view of eCommerce and performance marketing business.
  • Build scalable, repeatable reporting processes to provide the team with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business metrics.
  • Clearly communicate data and insights in a concise and decision-impacting manner through visualizations, presentations, and written reports at all levels of the organization
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, including segmentation, consumer profiling, and trend forecasting.
  • Serve as the company wide leader on web and experience analytics, customer data segmentation and marketing intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, IT, and finance to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve eCommerce results, optimize channel-level activities and customer experience, and support the development of broader eCommerce strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and guidelines to improve the quality and relevance of reporting.

Who You Are:

  • Highly diligent with the ability to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • eCommerce expert who can identify key issues impacting business decisions and use data to inform acquisition, conversion, and retention activities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to own and lead multiple projects to completion with minimal direction.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • 7+ years of experience working in an eCommerce experience/direct-to-consumer environment.
  • 3+ years of business intelligence experience; strong analytical skills and demonstrated expertise building dashboards, reports, and analyses by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics 4 and data visualization/analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Shopify+ experience preferred.

Stanley 1913 is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley 1913, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $160,000 USD
