The Role
As a recruiter in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs, executing a strategy, developing a pipeline, finding and shortlisting candidates, to closing successful hires globally, including but not limited to India.
Your role will be to drive and uphold our employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain StarRezians who drive customer and company outcomes and contribute to our culture.
You will be a strategic partner across teams, functions and geographies internally in achieving our hiring goals.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Hyderabad, IN
- Travel: <5% [The percent of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.]
- Reporting Structure: Reports to Director, Talent Acquisition

What You Will Own
- Partner with key leaders to conduct full cycle recruiting inclusive of job posting, sourcing, assessments, screening, and hiring the best top talent available.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team and senior leaders in setting short- and long-term recruiting strategies to exceed business objectives & key results.
- Host and attend recruitment and hiring events. Represent the company at industry events, hiring drives, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop competitive offers, including salary negotiations and benefits packages.
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and support the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience recruiting top talent, preferably for technical roles a product company.
- Strong track record of finding and hiring top talent globally across functions and levels.
- Proficiency using tools including but not limited to Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Data-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to use data to drive analysis and decision making.
- Ability to partner and collaborate closely with leaders at all levels on strategies for sourcing and hiring the best candidates.
- Ability to work within standard operating best practices, while allowing flexibility and customization based on the role and pipeline being generated.
