The Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a high-performing product team that drives the strategy and vision of our global product portfolio. In this role, you will leverage your industry experience, subject matter expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of the StarRez platform to shape the future of student and residential community housing technology.
As Senior Director, you will play a critical role in aligning product strategy with our business objectives, championing best practices across the product lifecycle, and fostering a high-performing culture focused on measurable impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer and GTM teams to ensure outcomes that delight users and drive sustainable market growth.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

- Reporting Structure: Reports to Chief Product and Technology Officer
What You Will Own
- Lead the development and communication of a market-informed product vision and roadmap in close partnership with the Chief Technology and Product Officer,
- VP Engineering, and StarRez Executive Committee, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals and cross-functional execution.
- Champion best-in-class product management and product design practices and scalable frameworks that promote speed, quality, and user-centric innovation.
- Own key product and design performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring data-driven prioritization and accountability across the team.
- Partner with P&T leadership and senior business stakeholders to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, communication and manage expectations.
- Drive market analysis, customer engagement, feedback, and voice-of-customer strategies to inform roadmap decisions and validate new and existing opportunities.
- Grow, coach, and inspire a team to excel as empowered, outcome-focused leaders.
- Oversee Product Operations and Product Analytics to support scalable product development, instrumentation, and portfolio visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of modern product development, discovery practices, and iterative delivery.
- Ability to drive product strategy tied to business outcomes and market growth.
- Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Tableau) and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep subject matter expertise in residential housing, property management, or higher education technology.
- Experience leading teams through high-growth and transformation phases.
- Exposure to or experience working within Vista Equity Partners’ portfolio companies or similar operating frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

US - Salary Range
$160,000 - $165,000 USD
