The Role
StarRez is seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and visionary Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing to join our marketing leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our brand reputation, significantly increasing brand awareness, and driving deep engagement with our key audiences across the globe.
As a key leader, you will oversee brand marketing initiatives, corporate events, industry trade shows, sponsorships, and corporate thought leadership opportunities. You'll be a great fit if you are an experienced marketing professional who excels in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching teams to execute flawlessly.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote (US)
- Travel: 20% (The percentage of travel may vary depending on business needs.)
- Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan.
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the SVP, Marketing.

What You Will Own
Expand Brand Awareness & Strengthen Reputation
- Execute a global brand strategy that drives awareness, preference, and differentiation in our target markets.
- Identify and activate sponsorship opportunities in major markets to build awareness and community engagement.
- Partner with the Content & Creative Marketing team to ensure social media and other programs reflect our brand voice and narrative.
- Provide input into integrated marketing programs to amplify key messages across owned channels.
- Oversee the global industry tradeshow strategy, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and high-value engagement.
- Maintain the StarRez Events calendar, ensuring visibility of timing, goals, and attendance for all events.
Deliver Exceptional Tradeshow Experiences
- Lead a team of industry events professionals to ensure tradeshows are on-brand, seamless, and high-conversion.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to maximize event ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally to design engaging content, activations, and programming.
- Occasionally attend strategic industry conferences and tradeshows.
Own Global Corporate Event Operations & Logistics
- Plan and produce StarRez Connect events across key markets in partnership with regional marketing teams.
- Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution for all corporate events.
- Respond to inbound corporate event inquiries, escalating where necessary.
- Lead venue research, vendor negotiations, and contracting with a focus on budget and brand alignment.
- Stay ahead of experiential marketing and event technology trends.
Drive Operational Excellence & Measurement
- Set KPIs, measure performance, and continuously optimize brand and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Develop scalable processes for measuring and reporting results for PR, brand awareness, and event initiatives.
- Manage the corporate marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B corporate marketing and/or event marketing roles
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching high-performing, distributed teams
- Proven expertise managing small and large-scale events end-to-end, including user conferences and tradeshows
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly strategic thinker with strong executional rigor
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
- Experience leading global brand strategies in high-growth SaaS/tech environments
- Familiarity with experiential marketing tools and platforms
- Budget ownership and financial reporting experience
