You’ll thrive in this role if you stay ahead of social media trends and love transforming ideas into engaging posts, videos, and memes. You know how to write effectively for Gen Z and understand the student housing experience. You enjoy managing content calendars, experimenting with new formats, and tracking performance to improve engagement. While you're comfortable working independently, you also collaborate well with others and bring strong initiative to team efforts.
You approach content marketing with a creative mindset and are always looking for ways to improve and scale processes. Bonus points if you bring video editing or design skills to the table or if you have experience in higher education, student housing, or working with B2C brands targeting young adults.
If you love creating content, know what resonates with student audiences, and can juggle both creative and operational tasks, this role is for you. Get ready to support student engagement, develop creative content, and grow the College Pads brand within StarRez!
