By working closely with higher education institutions, we offer a trusted tool for students to connect with property managers and rental listings, helping to foster a foundation for well-being and success. The Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our university and property management clients experience the full value of our platform. From onboarding new partners to fostering long-term relationships and facilitating contract renewals, you’ll play a key role in client satisfaction and retention.
You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports the ongoing success of our partners in the off-campus housing ecosystem.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote (US)
- Travel: 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
- Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for bonus opportunities based on performance.
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the VP Sales, College Pads.

What You Will Own
- Prospecting new clients within untapped markets to grow our reach
- Identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective institutions and property groups
- Scheduling and securing meetings for Regional Account Executive
- Leading onboarding and implementation support for new clients
- Conducting regular 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with new clients to ensure smooth adoption
- Engaging existing clients to support renewals and drive long-term partnerships
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system
- Participating in regular internal meetings, including team updates and 1:1 check-ins
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in real estate, student housing, or higher education
- Understanding of the off-campus housing market or university partnerships
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology platforms
