The Role
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator, College Pads to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, growing environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing and inputting data, and managing backend administrative functions. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service throughout. Your contributions will help drive efficiency and success as the company continues to grow.
What You Will Own
- Assist with data entry and invoice creation/delivery, as well as helping customers establish API connections for their listing(s)
- Deliver positive experiences for customer base by building relationships and providing service and support
- Aid in managing accounts receivable process when applicable
- Respond and direct inbound inquiries from prospective clients
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role
- Experience with backend administrative tasks like account setup, data entry, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer-facing interactions (e.g., phone calls, inquiries)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated and independent

- Experience in the real estate or housing industry
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing company
