Describe one enterprise deal you personally originated from a cold start and closed.

Be specific: the client (name, or industry + country if confidential), the solution, the contract value (or order of magnitude), the sales-cycle length, and exactly what you did at each stage vs. the team.

Take the most complex deal you closed. List the stakeholders (business / technology / procurement / legal / executive) and each one's main concern, the business problem, how you tailored the solution, and how you moved a skeptical decision-maker. Include deal size and timeline.

Which Japanese financial institutions or enterprises have you personally sold to or built senior relationships with? Name the institutions, the seniority of your contacts, and how each relationship started.
