About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within our company. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. You will play a crucial role in enabling the efficiency and effectiveness of the leaders you support, managing travel and calendar logistics, and partnering with the ops team in organizing both team and company-wide events. Your role will also include responsibilities in office management, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to three senior leaders, managing their calendars, travel, and communications.

Organize team and cross-functional events, partnering with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and DevRel teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Collaborate with the Operations team on company-wide events (e.g., holiday parties, happy hours, SKOs) and handle office management to maintain a productive and organized workspace.

Act as a liaison across departments for company-wide initiatives, supporting ad-hoc projects and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally supporting multiple executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools. Experience with travel booking and expense management software is a plus.
  • Previous experience organizing events and managing logistics for large groups.
  • Basic understanding of office management practices, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who can work effectively with diverse teams across the company.
