About the role

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers and help them achieve measurable business outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts, responsible for retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction.


What you’ll do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers

  • Deeply understand each customer’s goals and use cases and translate them into an actionable success plan

  • Drive product adoption through regular check-ins, QBRs/value reviews, and strategic recommendations

  • Monitor account health, identify risk early, and execute mitigation plans to protect and grow revenue

  • Partner with Sales on renewals and expansions, including opportunity identification and forecasting

  • Coordinate internally with Support, Product, and Implementation to resolve issues and deliver a great customer experience

  • Provide structured customer feedback to internal teams to influence roadmap and process improvements


Who you are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services in a B2B environment

  • Proven track record managing a book of business with ownership of renewals and/or expansion targets

  • Strong communicator who can translate complex concepts into clear, customer-friendly language

  • Comfortable analyzing customer data to tell a story and make recommendations

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities at once

  • Collaborative teammate who enjoys partnering across Sales, Product, and Support

  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech is a plus, but not required
