Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing, with a focus on fintech, technology, or related industries.
- Prior experience in early-stage fintech B2B startups is a must.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drove customer acquisition and business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, market trends, and customer behaviors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the successful launch of new features and products, aligning marketing initiatives with product roadmaps.
- Plan and oversee content marketing initiatives, including the creation of compelling and relevant content across various channels (website, blog, social media, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Manage partnerships and collaborations with relevant industry players, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify our brand reach.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, PR agencies, and other external partners to maximize media coverage and brand exposure.
- Monitor and maintain consistent brand messaging, ensuring alignment across all communication channels and materials.
