Director of Peer Recovery Services, Ohio
About Steadfast Health
At Steadfast Health, we believe that peer support is not just a component of care, it’s foundational to recovery. Peers bring lived experience, empathy, and connection in ways that traditional models often overlook, and we’ve built our care model to reflect that. Steadfast was founded to set a new standard in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment by delivering low-barrier, high-quality care that meets patients where they are. We combine evidence-based practices with deeply human support, creating space for every patient’s recovery journey, on their terms.
As we grow, so does our commitment to building a care team that reflects the communities we serve. Peer services are instrumental to our success, and we are proud to invest in a team that honors the powerful role peers play in healing, trust-building, and long-term engagement.
If you're passionate about empowering peers, building inclusive support systems, and shaping the future of recovery-centered care, we’d love to work with you.
