  • Represent Steadfast externally with authenticity, professionalism, and a commitment to collaboration.
  • Partner with internal business development leaders to grow referral pipelines and drive patient access.

Enterprise Leadership

  • Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives as a member of the executive team.
  • Collaborate with peers across markets to share learnings, iterate on playbooks, and continuously raise the bar.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and a future leader of the company as Steadfast grows nationally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of progressive, operational leadership experience in multi-site, outpatient healthcare services, including exposure to SUD treatment (both OBOT and OTP).
  • Strong track record of P&L ownership, clinic-level operational leadership, and team development.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards, especially within SUD treatment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; natural relationship-builder and team unifier.
  • Deep ties to or understanding of Northeast Ohio communities, with a passion for advancing health equity in underserved areas.
  • Genuine commitment to Steadfast Health’s mission and values.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the Northeast Ohio region (clinic visits, community engagement, team development).

  • As the Market President, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, leading with vision, strategy, and a commitment to providing life-changing treatment for those affected by Substance Use Disorder. This is not just a role - it’s an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery in a high-growth market, while making a profound, lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
