Operations Director, EverSet Health

EverSet is transforming the chiropractic industry by empowering practices to reach their full potential. Despite clinical evidence supporting chiropractic care, 88% of the population doesn't utilize these services, leaving a vast opportunity untapped. Running a chiropractic business is no small feat—most practices operate with limited back-office support and minimal marketing resources, often relying on a single administrative staff member. Reimbursable services, which could significantly boost fiscal health, are underutilized due to widespread misinformation about their clinical benefits. EverSet addresses these challenges by providing the tools, resources, and strategic guidance that chiropractic practices need to thrive, breaking down barriers to growth and expanding their impact in the healthcare landscape.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
