CEO & Technical Founder, AI Chat-Based Care

About The Job

Chat-based care has the potential to vastly improve healthcare access, affordability, and outcomes by making care more convenient and efficient than ever before. Redesign Health is excited to invest in the rise of asynchronous and chat-based care, and the significant transformation of the healthcare industry it represents.

Redesign Health is seeking a technical Founder to lead this new venture. This leader will build and scale innovative technology and services, to power the coming wave of chat-based care and transform healthcare around the world.

Why now

  • Market Potential: The adoption of chat-based care is expected to rise exponentially over the coming years, driven by access challenges, technological advancements, consumer preferences, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics. This represents a massive shift in healthcare delivery, and a massive opportunity, with chat-based care expected to become a dominant modality and entry point to the healthcare system.
  • Technological Innovation: Project Slide will leverage cutting-edge advancements in generative AI and automation to drastically improve provider efficiency and enhance patient experience and outcomes. The ability to automate and streamline patient interactions makes this a highly scalable solution.
  • Consumer Appeal: There is strong consumer demand for more convenient, digital-first healthcare solutions, particularly among younger demographics. The model aligns with growing preferences for on-demand, chat-based interactions over traditional in-person or video visits.
  • Regulatory Tailwinds: Post-COVID regulatory shifts are increasingly favorable to virtual care models, including asynchronous and chat-based care. The Project Slide is well-positioned to benefit from these changes, which include broader telehealth payment parity and expanded billing for patient messaging.
  • Mission Driven: Project Slide envisions a future where healthcare is more convenient, accessible, and affordable, and is well-positioned to make a meaningful impact across these areas.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
