The Role
As Head of People, you will build and lead the entire people function—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, culture, and retention. This role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with the founder and leadership team to scale a world-class team while ensuring every hire and process strengthens our culture of excellence, speed, experience, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Do everything required to get great talent in the door at Stellic.
- Implement scalable onboarding programs to get the talent to be productive.
- Develop a performance management system to get the talent to grow and be accountable.
- Coach managers to give high-impact feedback and develop their teams into top performers.
- Implement retention strategies to keep key players engaged and thriving.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce Stellic’s values and strengthen cultural alignment.

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 base salary, plus equity
