The Role

As Head of Talent & People, you will build and lead the entire talent and people function—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, culture, and retention. This role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with the founder and leadership team to scale a world-class team from 85 to 200 people while ensuring every hire and process strengthens our culture of excellence, speed, experience, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Do everything required to get great talent in the door at Stellic - this means you will carry an active requisition load of your own while training & developing a team of existing recruiters. 
• Implement scalable onboarding programs to get the talent to be productive.
• Develop a performance management system to get the talent to grow and be accountable.
• Coach managers to give high-impact feedback and develop their teams into top performers.
• Implement retention strategies to keep key players engaged and thriving.
• Drive initiatives that reinforce Stellic’s values and strengthen cultural alignment.

Compensation:  $200,000 - $250,000 base salary, plus equity
