We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to lead Talent Acquisition for our United States team. You’ll run full-cycle recruitment processes while building a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.

Stensul has two hubs: One in New York City and one in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Your primary focus will be on hiring for our NYC team, which includes Revenue, Marketing, and Product functions.

Talent Acquisition is a core function at Stensul, and we know that people are our number one asset. You’ll be a trusted, strategic partner to leaders across the business and play a pivotal role in scaling our exceptional team. You’ll work closely with leadership on headcount planning and resourcing so we can hit our ambitious goals! 

You’ll join our small but mighty People & Talent team and report to the Director of People Operations.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Own the recruitment process from sourcing through to close, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Executive and leadership hiring: Collaborate with executives to identify and recruit key leadership roles that align with our long-term strategy.
  • Headcount planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute headcount plans that align with business objectives.
  • Leveling up Talent Acquisition: Build on a strong foundation to identify and execute opportunities for developing a best-in-class Talent Acquisition operation.
  • Reporting and data: Provide accurate hiring and pipeline reports, along with actionable insights, to the Leadership team.
  • Business partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, help them build their teams, and coach them to become excellent recruiters themselves.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally  in a start-up environment
  • You’re tenacious with a proven track record of placing hard-to-fill roles
  • Data-driven: You have proven success using data to inform your recruiting process
  • Systems and process-minded: Experience optimizing ATS and other recruiting systems to creative efficiencies
  • Creative: You know that great talent is everywhere and you experiment with ways to build our brand and reach candidates
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion: You’re thoughtful about diversity and inclusion and can speak to specific ways you have championed DEI as a recruiter
  • You’re tapped into current recruiting trends, systems, and the NYC startup ecosystem
  • Experience hiring for Go-To-Market and Product roles is nice to have
  • Prior agency experience is a plus, but not required
  • You’re based in NYC and able to work from our NoMad office at least three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday)

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000-160,000. Please note that Stensul's compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul's compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role,  and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
