Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. The Senior Solutions Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and our Sales team, working to show Stensul's value through deep technical knowledge of the platform, the ecosystem in which it integrates, and the workflows of our customers. You will assist from discovery all the way to conceptualizing the solution that meets the needs of our customer. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of the product, integrations, and services of the company as well as its competitors. You'll be expected to help customers catalyze the transformation of marketing operations to enable scale and new marketing programs as a result of using Stensul. Developing strong and trusted relationships with prospects, customers, and the revenue organization will be a key to success in this role.

 

What You'll Do

  • Effectively combine product & industry knowledge, competitive insights, and customer solution requirements to illuminate business outcomes
  • Lead discovery calls to define requirements and specifications for implementation
  • Create and deliver clear, concise custom product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Accurately scope the product and services needed for customers to achieve their goals
  • Assist in building business cases/ROIs to clearly show Stensul’s value to the organization
  • Conduct knowledge transfers internally to ensure all teams at Stensul can provide the proper ongoing support and services
  • Maintain deep understanding of marketing clouds, marketing automation platforms, and peripheral technologies present in the workflows of our customers
  • Create sales support material to represent the solution offering
  • Assist Sales & Customer Success in developing product / project proposals
  • Develop and lead internal sales enablement sessions on product and industry topics
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and show the value proposition of Stensul
  • Work closely with our Product team to identify and prioritize strategic product enhancements
  • Own the completion of RFPs and customer-requested information security assessments
  • Maintain and manage the company demo environments
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and trade shows (as needed)

  • Familiar with digital marketing technology solutions, preferably for email
  • Experienced with business and technical specification gathering
  • Knowledgeable on business structures, transformation projects and showing the value of a new technology in an organization
  • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS (ideally for email)
  • Familiarity with Email Service Provider / Marketing Automation Platform proprietary languages is a plus
  • Understanding of REST, SOAP and XML APIs is a plus

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 USD. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
