Your Mission 

As a Technical Recruiting Specialist, you won’t just fill vacancies you’ll lead our strategy for acquiring global technical talent. You’ll be the sole point of contact for external recruiting providers, setting standards and building scalable systems.

You’ll work closely with engineering and product leaders, owning the recruiting process and crafting a long-term talent vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, data, etc.).
- Be the primary contact for external recruiting providers; define expectations, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Write job descriptions that reflect our culture, tech challenges, and team vision.
- Proactively source on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche communities.
- Conduct structured interviews, screenings, and technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with team leads to forecast hiring needs and build pipelines.
- Represent Stensul at tech events to build our employer brand.
- Propose and lead initiatives to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support and improve technical onboarding processes.

What We Look For 

- Proven experience as a technical recruiter in fast-paced environments.
- Full-cycle recruiting ownership.
- Sourcing, ATS, and interviewing expertise.
- Technical fluency: you understand tech stacks and roles.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
- Experience managing third-party recruiting providers is a plus.
