Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an AI-obsessed product marketer with a content background to support scaling the impact of product marketing. You’re a strong writer with experience harnessing the power of AI to 10X marketing outputs (such as blog posts, social media copy, case studies, and messaging). You embrace the latest AI tools, and are meticulous about reviewing/editing the outputs of AI for accuracy, voice and context. You’re also an experienced B2B marketer with knowledge of the MarTech landscape and a strong ability to translate customer needs into compelling content. 

In your role, you will both create content tailored to a MarTech audience (including executive decision makers) and create a framework to generate, edit and optimize AI-created content assets in support of the Product Marketing team’s growth strategy and filling robust content needs across the entire funnel. You have a growth mindset, an ability to execute in ambiguity, and accommodate shifting priorities as you scale content creation in smart, strategic, and tech-enabled ways. You will report to the VP of Product Marketing.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a best-practice an AI-driven content strategy and approach to scaling Product Marketing assets and content creation with the support of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of AI-created assets by defining checkpoints and QA process that maintains creativity and strategic rigor 
  • Lead the creation of content that supports product launches (collateral, case studies, website copy and messaging) and serves a range of channels
  • Spin up supporting assets from major tentpole content pieces (e.g., turning webinars into multi-channel content; translating research reports into data viz, blog posts, and social posts)
  • Own monthly pulse survey to continuously gather customer input to guide content strategy 
  • Use AI to analyze market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to inform positioning and differentiation

 

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in content or product marketing
  • Understanding and knowledge of the MarTech landscape and audiences, including executive/senior level decision makers
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI to efficiently scale marketing content outputs (such as blog posts, social media, white papers, personalized messaging) 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using insights to refine messaging and strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messaging
  • Experience with email marketing workflows, marketing automation, and adjacent technologies
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a startup-ready mindset
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach—you can go from idea to execution fast

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 USD, plus variable compensation. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
