Position Overview

We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Product Manager to own our Interoperability and Extensibility charter at Stensul, one of our most critical growth engines.

This leader will define and execute the product vision for how Stensul connects into every part of the modern marketing stack: Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva, Workfront, AEM, Figma, and 30+ more. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver the APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and connectors that enable deep interoperability and extensibility to  unlock the next phase of AI-powered, agentic workflows across the enterprise ecosystem.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the integration product area of 35+ connectors. Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for APIs, SDKs, and enterprise connectors that extend Stensul’s reach and value.
  • Deeply understand customer architecture across complex enterprise environments (MAP, CRM, DAM, CMS, LLM, workflows, compliance) to identify integration opportunities that reduce friction and drive adoption.
  • Translate vision to execution, leading discovery, design, and delivery across multiple engineering and GTM teams.
  • Define developer experience standards, shaping how third parties build on Stensul via public APIs, SDKs, and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner with GTM and Customer Success to create monetization models and launch frameworks for integrations that accelerate revenue and stickiness.
  • Collaborate with AI and platform teams to ensure integrations support next-gen workflows powered by autonomous AI agents and LLMs.
  • Represent Stensul externally with customers, partners, and the industry to strengthen our position as the interoperability leader in enterprise marketing creation.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years in Product Management, including ownership of APIs, SDKs, or platform integrations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth, and data models. (Bonus: experience with LLM, agentic workflow, or AI platform integrations.)
  • Deep empathy for developers, architects, and technical buyers; proven ability to design elegant, extensible systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer-driven insights with long-term platform scalability.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify technical complexity for executive, GTM, and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery, using modern agile practices.

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $190k - $210k USD. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
