Mission

Become a team player within the Security team by supporting log monitoring, incident response tasks and security automation. Collaborating with DevOps peers to ensure security best practices are followed for Cloud environment and deployment pipelines. Work closely with Revenue Operations to provide guidance on security configuration of their tooling. 

Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system security engineering, incident response or DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of security principles, best practices, and industry standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Proven experience with incident response methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, GCP, and common security controls within these environments, including container security.
  • Familiarity with revenue operation platforms, such as Salesforce, and common security controls within these environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail to effectively communicate security requirements and processes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Advanced English (Level B2 or higher)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents, escalating significant incidents to senior analysts or management. 
  • Design and build security automation mechanisms such as secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and container security.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, assist with remediation tracking, and support continuous improvement of the organisation’s security posture. 
  • Maintain and improve operational security controls, including endpoint protection, access reviews, log monitoring, and cloud configuration checks to strengthen overall security posture.
  • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure, software and hardware.
  • Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions. 
  • Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures. 
  • Educate and train staff on information system security best practices for monitoring and secure deployment.

Given our teams are currently located in Buenos Aires City, Argentina, remote position candidates are required to be living within GMT-3 and GMT-1 location.
