The Role:   

Web Analytics Specialist required to research on and generate a list of high traffic or high brand websites which track user activity regardless (or in spite) of user’s choice. Familiarity with how cookies, LocalStorage, SessionStorage, and tracking libraries (like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) work will be crucial.

Operate software in order to detect movements and tracking of data from cookies to third party websites. Someone to test approx. 700 websites for cookies, using software, rejecting cookies to understand if it is it still tracking and then continuously documenting results in spreadsheet to analyze results and trends. Must understand VPN/cookies, data privacy rules, GDPR etc. Role will be very data heavy/data entry with repetitive activities to ensure quality results. Also, the individual will continue to support on various future projects.

 

 

About you:

- Fluent English (verbal and written) to communicate results and analysis with management
- Strong Web and Data Privacy skills (GDPR etc.)
- Web Analytics and Tracking
- An understanding of browser technologies such as JavaScript, Google Analytics, HTML and Network Security beneficial
