You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment process, from direct sourcing to managing candidate communication and diligence, using digital collaboration tools to create an efficient, professional, and well-organized system.

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay optimistic under pressure, and bring structure to complex processes will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full recruiting process from sourcing to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates (Counsel, Associates, and Paralegals).
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to law partners, offering clear guidance on candidate fit, process steps, and market expectations.
- Build strong first impressions on every call, representing the organization with warmth, clarity, and a naturally engaging communication style.
- Conduct structured, insightful screening conversations that evaluate both experience and personality alignment.
- Manage candidate pipelines using digital tools, keeping timelines transparent and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows and documentation to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when receiving direct or critical feedback, communicating with calm, elegance, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Navigate sensitive and demanding personalities with tact while managing expectations and maintaining positive relationships.
What would help you succeed in this role?
- A background in legal recruiting and the ability to confidently guide senior professionals through complex hiring decisions.
- Natural optimism, strong first-impression energy, and the communication skills to build trust quickly with candidates and law partners.
- The ability to navigate different communication styles with confidence and maintain clarity and composure in fast-moving situations.
- Strong organization and project management habits that keep multiple processes moving without losing detail or momentum.
- Comfort operating in an asynchronous, fast-moving environment where you independently drive outcomes and proactively manage expectations.
- A low-ego, coachable approach that allows you to collaborate smoothly, adapt to different personalities, and continuously refine your work.
