The Opportunity 
We are building our pool of technology professionals to support Sterlington’s growing needs across cloud platforms, internal systems, and digital initiatives. This is a hands-on role within a lean, remote-first technology team. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across infrastructure, operations, and firm leadership, and be expected to manage your own work with a high degree of autonomy.

 

What You'll Do:

• Support and contribute to cloud and infrastructure projects across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. 

• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology tools and platforms. 

• Collaborate with the technology team on internal initiatives and day-to-day operational needs. 

• Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed on project status. 

• Contribute to the firm’s ongoing efforts to adopt new technologies in a structured and responsible way 

  

 

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision. 

• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Organized and proactive — you manage your own workload and keep people informed without being asked. 

• Curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools and their practical applications.
