  • Identify and escalate specialized or complex content, including threats, unsafe activity, coordinated abuse, and severe violations, while contributing to the detection of repeat offenders and emerging policy abuse trends.
  • Handle user appeals related to moderation and enforcement actions by conducting thorough secondary reviews, reassessing content against policy standards, and clearly documenting final determinations.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in platform content policies, emerging risks, trends, and regulatory standards, providing feedback to improve policy clarity, enforcement consistency, and detection mechanisms.
  • Maintain defined quality, accuracy, and productivity standards by meeting service-level expectations, participating in calibration sessions, and continuously improving decision-making consistency.

About you

  • 1–3 years of experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, fraud operations, or a related compliance-focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply complex policies consistently and exercise sound judgment in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to review sensitive or disturbing content with professionalism, emotional resilience, and discretion.

Nice to have skills
