Growth Specialist: Social, Programmatic & Creative

Detroit, MI

Help empower our global customers to connect to culture through their passions.

Why you’ll love this role:

StockX is looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Growth Specialist to help operate and grow our Paid Social and Programmatic programs.

Working closely with the Manager of Social, Programmatic & Creative, you will be responsible for campaign activation, optimization, experimentation and performance analysis across channels including Meta, TikTok, programmatic and emerging platforms.

This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a well-rounded growth marketer — combining strong platform execution with exposure to creative strategy, experimentation, incrementality and cross-channel investment decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other emerging platforms.
  • Own day-to-day campaign management including budgets, audiences, bidding, placements, creative rotation and QA.
  • Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities, anomalies and areas requiring deeper investigation.
  • Execute structured experiments across audiences, objectives, bidding strategies, placements, creative and campaign architecture.
  • Support creative testing by tracking performance across concepts, hooks, formats, creators and products.
  • Develop recurring performance analyses that identify what happened, why it happened and what we should do next.
  • Partner with the Manager to translate creative performance into recommendations for future briefs and asset development.
  • Support incrementality and measurement experiments in partnership with Growth and BI.
  • Maintain high standards for campaign taxonomy, tracking, documentation and platform hygiene.
  • Research new platform capabilities, media opportunities and industry developments and recommend areas for experimentation.
  • Work across the broader Growth organization when needed, developing exposure to Google, App acquisition and other growth channels.

About you:

You are an exceptional media operator who is developing into a growth marketer. You can execute campaigns with precision, identify meaningful patterns in performance, understand the hypothesis behind a test and increasingly develop your own recommendations for what StockX should test or scale next.

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on paid media or growth marketing experience.
  • Strong experience operating campaigns within Meta Ads Manager; TikTok and/or programmatic experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign and business performance data.
  • Curiosity about why performance changes, rather than simply reporting what changed.
  • Interest in experimentation, incrementality and understanding the true business impact of paid media.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort owning campaign execution and QA.
  • Interest in creative strategy and understanding how messaging, formats and creative concepts affect performance.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while maintaining high executional standards.
  • Desire to develop broad expertise across channels rather than specialize permanently in a single advertising platform.

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and any other state or local hiring regulations, we will consider for employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation.
