Let's start with the role:

You will be part of the growing team of FP&A, working in a collaborative and agile environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and personal development. Your key responsibilities will encompass preparing the group’s budget and ad-hoc financial analysis reports, and evaluating the financial feasibility of commercial initiatives, while maintaining a focus on key business metrics.

As a Senior FP&A Analyst you will:

• Analyze ad-hoc business queries to provide data-driven insights;
• Prepare monthly reporting packs for key stakeholders;
• Assist in maintaining and updating reports in response to changes in systems or Business Unit structures;
• Utilize reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present high-quality financial data;
• Contribute to scoping, designing, and developing new analyses to address emerging business needs as required;
• Prepare monthly reports for management, providing key statistical and financial information;
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes;
• Conduct variance analysis, explaining differences between budgeted/forecasted figures and actual performance.

What you’ll bring:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting;
• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A departments;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, with strong analytical skills developed through finance education and a good grasp of reporting process structures and systems;
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including writing macros, creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts;
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools;
• Strong communication skills, team player, and leadership qualities;
• Familiarity with Alteryx or similar software for data preparation would be a plus;
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI would be a plus;
• Local or international Financial qualification would be considered an asset.
