Let's start with the role

As a Procurement Operational Buyer, you will act as a key point of contact for procurement-related activities within the organization. You are responsible for managing purchase order placements, supporting procurement applications, and assisting internal stakeholders with process-related inquiries.

As a Procurement Operational Buyer, you will:

• Review the inbound of purchase requisition requirements and transform them to purchase orders; 
• Act as subject matter expert in end-to-end purchasing processes;
• Liaise with requesters, suppliers, procurement coordinators, and finance for additional information or any questions;
• Provide guidance on company-specific processes and procurement policies;
• Support new supplier setups within internal systems and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment issues.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field;
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Greek and English;
• Strong communication skills with a team-player attitude and a quality-driven approach;
• Strong time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to ensure high client and stakeholder satisfaction;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into procurement operations;
• Relevant certification as APICS, CPIM, APIC, EIPM would be considered as an asset.
