Let's start with the role

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Treasury team and contribute to maintaining the financial stability of the organization. This role involves planning and executing third-party payments, monitoring account balances and managing both internal and external reporting.

As a Treasury Assistant you will:

  • Support daily cash management activities across all Stoiximan entities;
  • Monitor bank accounts and e-wallets to ensure liquidity and compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare weekly payment plans;
  • Manage the payment process by verifying necessary approvals and ensuring successful electronic execution;
  • Address and resolve daily inquiries and issues from suppliers;
  • Maintain supplier records and Treasury payment logs, ensuring timely updates to all relevant files;
  • Assist with departmental projects to enhance efficiency and automate processes;
  • Prepare regular reconciliation files and ad hoc reports;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally at all levels;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business;
  • A Master’s degree in Finance or Banking is a plus;
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a corporate international environment;
  • Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
