Let’s start with the role

In this role, you will support a client group of approximately 300 people. The ideal candidate will contribute at both a strategic and hands-on/administrative, ensuring a seamless and excellent employee experience.  You will partner with Business Leaders, consulting and advising on HR related issues, encouraging a people-first culture, ensuring we retain,engage and recognize our employees for their contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the main point of contact for all employees in the company on HR-related matters;
  • Assess team needs and create customized HR solutions, reviewing and improving HR services such as recruitment, learning and development, and compensation and benefits;
  • Cascade  HR projects to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of the HR agenda;
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to address talent shortages and capacity constraints;
  • Conduct comprehensive headcount and workforce planning, analyzing team structures and identifying key business challenges;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align annual headcount needs;
  • Ensure the successful execution of the performance management cycle;
  • Support the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of candidates who align with our values, competencies, and culture;
  • Identify employee development needs and contribute to the design and implementation of development plans;
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and satisfaction reviews, analyzing insights and patterns to drive meaningful action;
  • Foster a supportive and engaging work environment, serving as a trusted HR point of contact, resolving employee concerns effectively.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an HR/People Team within a fast-paced and high growth environment;
  • Ability to evaluate and shift priorities as needed, anticipating potential issues early on;
  • Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management and individual development;
  • Experience in using data-driven insights;
  • Superb interpersonal, organizational and time management skills;
  • A mindset of Intellectual curiosity and empathy;
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening);
  • A sense of urgency along with a positive, pro-active “can-do” attitude, willing to pitch in whenever needed;
  • A collaborative, can-do mindset, eager to contribute to a dynamic team;
  • Customer service mindset and good stakeholder management.
