Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Executive to join our Corporate Communications team. This entry level position will provide vital support across all team’s key functions, including corporate and internal communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), event planning, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on role in executing communication plans, managing content and materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting administrative and financial procedures. This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in a dynamic, high-impact department at Stoiximan.

As a Corporate Communications Executive, you will:

• Assist in the development and execution of corporate, CSR, and internal communication campaigns. 
• Draft and edit basic content (posts, texts, updates) and support the implementation of projects.
• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives and volunteer programs. 
• Support content creation and campaign activations for CSR campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials in line with Stoiximan's social impact strategy.
• Help organize and execute internal and external corporate events, ensuring smooth logistics, stakeholder alignment, and timely promotion. 
• Contribute to content and material preparation before and after each event.
• Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders, to draft briefs, review content, and oversee visual asset development. 
• Support the execution of internal communication campaigns and manage internal channels to drive engagement. 
• Participate in cross-department syncs and contribute to internal presentations and reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order creation and vendor coordination
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking for the department’s programs.
• Collect and archive materials from corporate campaigns and CSR actions. 
• Monitor publicity, evaluate reports, and track competitor activity to support strategic updates.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a communications, CSR, or marketing support role (internships included)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Basic understanding of content creation, social media platforms, and event coordination
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Interest in social responsibility, employee engagement, and corporate branding
