Let’s talk about the role

We are seeking a Strategic Programs Executive to lead the operational delivery of our most critical business initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between strategic vision and actionable outcomes, ensuring high-priority projects move from concept to results. As part of the project management team, you will be responsible for transforming complex organizational challenges into structured workstreams.

As a Strategic Programs Executive, you will:

1. PMO & Operations Support

• Partner with the PMO team to track milestones and deadlines across departments, ensuring that all workstreams remain aligned and on schedule;
• Drive the weekly project cadence by synthesizing updates and maintaining our PMO tools as the "single source of truth" for the organization;
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leads to ensure timely buy-in, clear accountability, and smooth coordination across all project phases;
• Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear information flow;
• Proactively monitor project dependencies and timelines, flagging potential "red flags" before they impact delivery;
• Map business workflows to uncover efficiencies and lead post-project retrospectives to evolve our strategic execution playbook.

2. Strategy & Executive Storytelling

• Prepare professional presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership, converting complex strategic ideas into clear, visual narratives, while ensuring all team communications and reports meet a "board-ready" standard of clarity and quality;
• Attend key strategic meetings to capture decisions and translate them into immediate action items and follow-ups.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform deep-dives into business data to identify trends and provide the analytical backing for strategic decision-making;
• Conduct ad-hoc research on industry trends and competitor moves to provide fresh "outside-in" perspectives;
• Help build and maintain dashboards to monitor the health and KPI progress of our growth initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or a corporate PMO role;
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field;
• Advanced Powerpoint (storytelling & design) and Excel (modeling & analysis);
• Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and a solid understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus;
• The ability to break down a "messy" problem into a logical framework;
• Comfortable moving between tactical day-to-day tasks and high-level strategic thinking;
• A 'get-things-done' attitude with the ability to follow up persistently yet professionally with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills and the "social intelligence" to manage stakeholders across different levels;
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining the integrity and quality of critical company priorities from inception to delivery;
• Comfortable moving between tactical day-to-day tasks and high-level strategic thinking;
• Fluency in Greek and English.
