Let's start with the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Thessaloniki and lead a group of dedicated customer service representatives in providing top-notch support to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our company.
- Monitor a group of employeesβ performances and provide constructive feedback;
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team on qualitative reports;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders towards enhancing customer experience;
- Allocate tasks & projects to team members;
- Assist in the training of newcomers;
- Create weekly & monthly quantitative reports;
- Anticipate challenges concerning projects & improve internal processes;
- Assist and support agents with any issues;
- Be updated on company's product, promotions, policies and changes;
- Be updated on the customer service trends, tools and practices.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 3 years of continuous tenure within the organization, demonstrating a track record of consistently successful performance and results;
- Proven experience working within Customer Support (CS), paired with deep, comprehensive product knowledge to effectively support and guide the team;
- Great communication skills;
- High organizational & analytical skills;
- Self-motivated, autonomy in decision making, quick reaction to sudden incidents, efficient & flexible;
- Service orientation: Actively looking for ways to help customers (internal/external);
- Excellent MS office skills;
- Great command of the Greek language & Fluent English skills.
