Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in
highly responsive and scalable web applications development.. The ideal candidate will play a
pivotal role in our development team, driving the creation of innovative products and features to
address industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities:
● Contribute to the development of new features and products, leveraging expertise in
React Native, Node.js and latest cutting edge technologies within the Self Storage
domain.
● Address internal bugs and customer-reported issues promptly, ensuring high-quality,
bug-free code that aligns with industry standards.
● Identify technical debt within the system and devise strategic plans for resolution and
implementation to enhance our Self Storage solutions.
● Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support while
fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
● Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning,
stand-ups, and retrospectives.
● Conduct unit and functional testing using tools such as React Testing Library, Jest, and
Enzyme to ensure robustness and reliability of developed solutions.
● Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, employing analytical thinking to tackle
complex challenges specific to the Self Storage domain.
● Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices within the Self Storage domain,
actively contributing to the team's continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 6+ years of professional experience in developing web and mobile applications using
full-stack development stack - Node.js and React Native.
● Proficiency in React Native, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services.
● Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
● Good to have experience in GraphQL, Webhooks, Micro Frontends, and MongoDB.

● Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
● Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies like Kafka.
● Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
● Exposure to high-performance distributed systems is a plus.
● Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.
● Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
● Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
