Salesforce Admin - Sales or Service Cloud

We are seeking a passionate Salesforce expert to join Storable’s Business Operations team! As a Salesforce Admin, you'll be a strategic partner, architecting solutions, automating workflows, and optimizing our CRM to fuel Storable’s explosive growth. You'll wear many hats, from managing user access and data integrity to building custom automations and integrations. What you will do every day: 

This is a varied business-facing role, with the following responsibilities:

Manage User Access & Security:

  • Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
  • Ensure data security by enforcing access controls and data governance policies.
  • Monitor user activity and address any security concerns.

Optimize Salesforce Configuration:

  • Analyze user workflows and business processes.
  • Develop custom fields, objects, and layouts to enhance user experience.
  • Automate tasks and processes using declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools like Flows and Apex.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation rules and data cleansing.
  • Generate data insights to aid in diagnosing and fixing data defects.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of project deliverables.

System Maintenance & Integrations:

  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Monitor Releases and perform Security and Health Reviews utilizing Optimizer and other tools.
  • Maintain and enhance custom integrations and automations with other critical business applications such as HubSpot and NetSuite.

Support & Collaboration:

  • Provide technical support to Salesforce users, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure Salesforce aligns with their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and new features for continuous improvement.

Analytical

A solution-oriented and high-curiosity mindsetA strong drive for continued personal/professional growthA deep understanding of database architecture fundamentals (Salesforce especially)Experience designing scalable and best-practice solutions in complex environments Experience gathering technical requirements and documenting solutions via diagramming, and other written or visual means (e.g. how-to articles, recordings, etc.)

Technical (Declarative)

Salesforce Administrator certification and strong Salesforce product knowledge4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service CloudKnowledge of and experience implementing best practice declaratively programmed solutionsExperience writing and maintaining highly complex Salesforce flowsExperience writing advanced workflows in iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred)Experience building and maintaining Marketing automations (HubSpot preferred)Experience building and maintaining e-signature templates and workflows (Conga Composer, DocuSign preferred)

Technical (Programmatic)

Experience writing and maintaining advanced SQL queries

Development Operations

Experience with agile processes and iterative build methodologiesExperience contributing to and maintaining Salesforce sandbox environmentsExperience with CI/CD best practicesExperience contributing to, maintaining, and prioritizing a backlog of platform fixes and enhancementsProactive engagement with Salesforce releases and evangelization of new technologies (e.g. AI, new platforms, new features, etc.)
