AI Staff Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Developer with expertise in Python, AWS AI products, and strong proficiency in building and deploying robust AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both backend and frontend development, system design, and expertise in API development and database programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient APIs for AI applications.
• Leverage AWS AI products to build, deploy, and manage machine learning models.
• Design and implement NLP solutions for various business use cases.
• Collaborate with the front-end team to build user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Perform comprehensive unit testing for APIs and database interactions to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Design and implement scalable system architectures.
• Use version control systems such as Git or BitBucket for effective code management.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using RDBMS systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and AWS AI Products.
• Experience in Unit Testing (API and DB).
• Expertise in API development and NLP.
• Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Comprehensive understanding of System Design.
• Experience with Version Control tools like Git or BitBucket.
• Proficiency in RDBMS Programming.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of Core ML and Core Data Science principles.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL database systems.
