Our platform, featuring both a Content Management System (CMS) and Website Builder/Editor, enables businesses to create, manage, and optimize their websites to attract customers and drive revenue.  As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and delivering CMS improvements that enhance usability, scalability, and performance.

What You’ll Do

Problem Solving & Execution

• Independently drive the product development lifecycle, from discovery to execution.
• Participate in customer interviews, synthesize insights, and define solutions to improve the CMS.
• Use advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and marketing to build customer-centric solutions.

Ownership & Accountability

• Own and manage the full operational lifecycle, focusing on the successful execution and delivery of strategies defined by Leadership and Product Management.
• Assist and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee GTM execution and post-launch product iteration using feedback and KPIs.
• Continuously optimize CMS features for user adoption, scalability, and performance.

Communication & Influence

• Influence and communicate product strategy to key stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations and drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and executive teams.
• Act as the primary advocate for CMS improvements, influencing adoption and feature adoption.

Self-Management & Attention to Detail

• Independently manage roadmap prioritization, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Balance competing priorities, ensuring a clear, data-backed product strategy.

Stakeholder Management

• Own and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, UX, support, Implementation, product operations, marketing, and sales.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to align business and product strategies.
• Resolve complex issues and drive decisions that impact the CMS platform.

Product Domain & Strategic Thinking

• Master the CMS/Website Builder product and drive innovation to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
• Own and evolve the CMS product strategy, ensuring long-term growth and competitive differentiation.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights from customer feedback, analytics, and business strategy to build high-impact products.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging key metrics, adoption rates, and A/B testing to optimize product features.
• Deep knowledge of UI/UX, usability principles, and web-based CMS platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across executive, engineering, and customer teams.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead product initiatives from ideation to delivery.
