DISTRICT MANAGER

Want to see your ideas in action? Got a knack for leading the conversation? If so, Store Space Self Storage is looking to hire a District Manager to join our team based in the Central Florida area (remote-capable).

This position earns an annual salary starting from $90,000 based on experience and is bonus-eligible. We provide excellent employer-paid benefits where the company covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer 401(k) with company match, unlimited paid time off (PTO), sick time and vehicle allowance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the District Manager, you will lead store employees and partner with corporate support to ensure operational expectations are achieved within the district. As a coach, you will direct sales, manage reporting, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee site safety and store appearance within your assigned district.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER

  • Located in the Northeast region
  • 2+ years of P&L and customer service leadership experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willing to travel at least 50% of the time (vehicle allowance is provided)
  • Must be able to work weekends or extended hours as needed
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new applications
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience with sales and collections, as well as CRM software will be beneficial in this role. A self-storage or commercial retail background is also a plus.

 

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and remote capable. Our typical office hours are between 8:30am - 6:00pm. Please note, that most of our stores are closed on Sundays. Join us in shaping success throughout the week, with a forward-thinking approach and dedication to excellence.

 

Job Location: Remote - based out of the Central Florida area with occasional travel to stores in the district + corporate headquarters in Winter Garden, FL
