Growth Manager

The Growth Manager will lead our multi-channel lead acquisition strategy, which includes understanding of the target segments, communication of the value proposition to those segments,, go-to-market strategy, marketing plan and growth strategy for our new credit card product in the Colombian market. 

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with high bias towards action and execution, and with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition. 

As the Growth Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to identify opportunities for growth, design and implement innovative marketing campaigns, and optimize customer acquisition channels to achieve targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Regularly analyze campaign performance across various digital platforms to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in developing marketing strategies focusing on growth, including identifying target audiences, setting clear objectives, and determining marketing channels.
  • Performance Testing: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Analyze testing results and recommend modifications for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day management of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and budget considerations.
  • Reporting: Create regular reports on campaign performance, testing outcomes, and strategic insights to share with the marketing team and senior management.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to increase the contribution of referral to the product acquisition strategy.
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a performance marketing or analytical role, with a proven track record in data analysis, campaign testing, and strategy development.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in fintech or in a fast growing startups
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) and experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and multitask.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a clear and effective manner.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in team settings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced verbal and written English 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • SQL
