Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management and Strategy:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Stori´s BU's P&L and financial targets.
    • Identify, execute, and coordinate initiatives to meet and exceed financial targets, focusing on growth, usage, and profitability of various products at different stages of maturity (from new products to multi-million ARR product)
    • Lead pricing strategy and implement cost-saving initiatives where necessary.
    • Report on BU performance to senior leadership and contribute to overall company strategy.
  • Product and Partnership Development: 
    • Collaborate with product and tech teams to prioritize features and improvements that drive financial performance
    • Identify and pursue new revenue streams and partnership opportunities, both internally and externally
    • Manage provider strategy and negotiate optimal conditions. 
    • Potentially: Oversee go-to-market plans for new features or products.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: 
    • Work closely with marketing to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention, aiming to increase monthly active users by 25% year-over-year.
    • Build strong relationships across the organization, becoming a trusted partner to the rest of the BU leadership
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Product Marketing Management: 
    • understand the product's value proposition and turn that information into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal audiences.
    • Coordinate internal campaigns (CRM-in/App) for cross-selling and activation of superapp products
    • Communicate with PR,Marketing, Sales teams
    •  Provide a voice for the product to our customers

Qualifications & characteristics:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in business management, with a proven track record of driving double-digit revenue growth in multi-product B2C businesses.
  • Strong analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights & actions.
  • Deep understanding of engagement metrics, customer satisfaction drivers, cross-selling strategies, and customer segmentation.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to dive deep into complex topics and explore uncharted territories.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various departments.
