The Role: the BA will do:

Conversion and Funnel Analysis

  • Basic Analytics and Conversion FunnelsTrack the steps users take towards completing a goal (e.g., making a purchase, signing up for a service) and identify where users drop off.
  • Journey Optimization and Risk Prevention: Track the exact behavior across pages, and use insights to optimize the funnel, reduce friction, identify fraud behavior (during the application process) and increase conversion rates.

Revenue and Monetization Analysis

  • In-App Purchases: Track the performance of in-app purchases and subscriptions to understand revenue streams.
  • Ad Performance: Analyze the effectiveness of in-app advertisements, including click-through rates and revenue generated.

Mobile App Engagement and Overall User Engagement

  • DAU, MAU, and Click Path Analysis: Analysis to understand engagement, and repetitive behavior to know the JBTD of our customers, to identify the critical features to improve
  • Measure how many users return to the app after their first visit and over subsequent days, weeks, or months.
  • Cohort Analysis: Group users based on shared characteristics or behaviors (e.g., signup date) to track how different cohorts engage with the app over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Fintech leadership roles, specifically within credit card product development and management.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican financial services market, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong preference

  • Basic analytics: Event Tracking: Monitor specific user actions such as button clicks, screen views, and other interactions to understand how users navigate and use the app.
  • Advanced analytics
    • User Journey Mapping
      • User Flow Analytics: Visualize the paths users take through the app to identify popular features, common drop-off points, and opportunities for streamlining the user experience.
      • Touchpoint Analysis: Identify key touchpoints and interactions that influence user satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Lifecycle Tracking: Map out the entire user journey from acquisition to engagement, retention, and monetization.
    • Predictive Analytics: Use machine learning models to predict which users are likely to churn and why based on their various touch points with Stori
    • Retention Strategies: Implement targeted interventions such as special offers, re-engagement campaigns, or feature tutorials to retain users.
    • User Segmentation: Develop meaningful and actionable segmentations to use for optimizing app experience
    • Personalization: Introduce and assist to develop advanced personalization tools for delivering personalize customer experience
