Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations
Who You Are:
We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue strategies and operations. This position involves a comprehensive understanding of revenue processes, data analysis, and collaboration across departments to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
The Revenue Operations team is a new function focused on the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM motion. From lead acquisition through renewal, we partner with GTM teams to drive their business and help make Storyblocks the #1 motion subscription.
This role can be based anywhere in the US.
What You Will Do:
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth including, but not limited to, go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle and and improve sales process.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to analyze and operationalize business initiatives including system improvements, reporting dashboards, and more.
- Own the marketing and sales tech stack with experience administering and/or building these tools to solve common business problems.
- Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and exceed goals
- Support/manage operating rhythms such as weekly reviews, forecasts, KPI reviews, and OKRs with consistent delivery of clean, accurate data.
- Ensure data integrity across systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
Required
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce system applications, and some experience in systems such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, Clay, ABM platforms, etc.
- Experience leveraging automation to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and improve customer experience.
- Track record of implementing new workflows, automations, and integrations to support strategic initiatives
- Staying abreast of the rapidly evolving AI technology landscape and proactively identify, evaluate, and pilot AI-driven solutions that can enhance our sales and marketing capabilities
Preferred
- Experience with product-led, inbound and outbound new-business sales motions
- Experience with expansion, upsell/cross-sell retention sales motions
- Track record of owning vendor relationships and/or negotiating vendor contracts

For each title, we consistently apply competitive salary bands based on market data and benchmarks which are reviewed twice a year. What you’ve been paid before, fear of conflict, or willingness to negotiate does not play a part in determining your pay.
- The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $132,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
