
Distribution Lead
Job Summary
Distribution Lead will be responsible for maintaining the control of inventory fulfillment and logistics throughout the supply chain. Distribution Lead will be accountable for leading the accuracy, efficiency, and productivity of the associate staff. The distribution lead must ensure all fulfillment procedures are compliant with state regulations.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintains wholesale orders; facilitates updates to related supervisor
· Evaluates and manages order fulfillment practices.
· Controls scheduling of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
· Provides training to associates based on established process documentation.
· Performs other related duties as requested.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of inventory control experience.
· Proficient with excel, inventory, and order management systems.
· Ability to use the computer.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when required.
· Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
· At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
· Proper employment documentation.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
· Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if requested.
Physical Demands
· Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
· Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
Education
· Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
