Senior Consultant, Staff Augmentation - Planning and Performance Management
How you’ll make an impact:
Strata’s Staff Augmentation Program offers services to drive maintenance and impact within each of the Strata platform solutions. As a member of our Staff Augmentation team, you will support customer delivery and internal operations for the Planning and Performance customer base. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the business in partnership with the sales and customer experience management teams. Strata’s Staff Augmentation Program is a newly established business line and focus area of the organization. As such, this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and grit, while having the support of a well-established, highly professional business behind you.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide customer service deliverables including configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within the Planning and Performance solutions, with an emphasis on providing customers with a high-value experience while managing project budget and timelines. Planning and Performance functions include budgeting, short- and long-range forecasting, capital and business planning, and performance management.
- Perform detailed reviews and deliver proactive recommendations on module configurations and understand customer’s accounting, data and organizational structure.
- Partner with customers to support and drive tool adoption and develop process workflows for administrating the various areas of the application tailored to the nuances of the organization.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development of cost accounting, healthcare finance, and customer support skills.
- Develop service proposals for customer engagements utilizing a library of standard service offerings and standard contractual language.
- Support implementation and optimization projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience in the healthcare finance and analytics space
- Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems
- Direct experience with Strata applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response
- Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships
- Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams
- Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction
- Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced skills Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Good to know:
- As previously noted, Staff Augmentation is a newly established business line. While this role is primarily intended to support the Staff Augmentation function, team members may also be reallocated to the Planning & Performance Management implementation team as needed to ensure billable targets are met and business needs are effectively supported.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000
Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
