Solution Engineer

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Solution Engineer on the Financial Institutions team, you will combine technical and industry knowledge with the ability to translate our offerings into a compelling story for customers. Ideal candidates are comfortable presenting to customer audiences both virtually and in person. Successful Solution Engineers are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct and lead software demonstrations to prospects (both new and existing customers)
  • Travel on-site as needed during the sales process to assist in leading sales discussions
  • Develop, maintain and update slides and sales collateral to reflect the latest functionality of the solutions and the design of services offers
  • Actively build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Be available for follow up questions during the sales process for the internal team and the prospect
  • Outline scope requirements and identify budget, implementation, and satisfaction risks during the sales process; ensure pricing reflects the expected cost and complexity to deliver
  • Work with business development and Experience Management team to develop and execute sales strategies for customers within the existing base

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with the Axiom platform for financial institutions is required
  • Strong presentation skills presenting to both executives and systems end users
  • A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges
  • Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary

Estimated Salary Range: $78,000-95,000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
