Ellucian Colleague Functional and Technical Consultant Opportunities

Consultants at SIG have strong functional expertise in Higher Education, coupled with strategic proficiency in key areas such as Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Student Services and IT. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in Ellucian Colleague, demonstrating a deep understanding of the system's functionalities and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions within the Ellucian Colleague environment.
- Provide Colleague implementation services such as training, functional consulting and technical support at client sites.
- Conduct system assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective resolutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Analyze current business processes and make suggestions to utilize various technological tools to help improve business processes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, updates, and advancements related to Ellucian Colleague.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to clients on Colleague-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
- 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Colleague, demonstrating advanced user proficiency.
- Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business process and creating efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Colleague.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
- The ability to travel up to 25%
- Preferred experience in IT supporting Colleague or Functional Student or Financial Aid with Texas Connection Consortium experience.
Pay and Benefits Available to Full Time Employees
- The salary range is $90,000 -$125,000

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
